Job Description


The Content Development Intern will be provided with writing, proofing, and editing assignments for client and corporate projects, which include web, digital, and printed collateral.


  • Supports Content and Media Editor, account team, social media team, and production team where needed.
  • Develops new and innovative written content for the web and digital assets in accordance with the Company’s brand standards.
  • Assists with proofing and editing on various projects.
  • Produces press releases for media distribution.
  • Learns a variety of creative projects, including traditional, digital, and experiential mediums.
  • Assists with creative briefs for the designers to accurately execute the projects.
  • Participates in specific roles and functions within assigned departments.
  • Responsible for learning and executing specific functions of the department.
  • Explores, learns, and promotes the Company culture.
  • Participates in hand-on learning while completing actual position duties in department.
  • Adheres to brand, business, and compliance guidelines and secures all necessary approvals.
  • Completes all required Company trainings and compliance courses as assigned.
  • Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned. 
  • High School Diploma or equivalent. 
  • No prior experience or training required.
  • No supervisory experience required.


  • This position does not include any supervisory responsibilities. 


  • This position does not require licenses or certifications.

This position requires the capability to understand and follow both oral and written directions as well as knowledge and usage of correct business English and office practices.  Must be able to communicate effectively with others, analyze and resolve problems, maintain effective working relationships, and interact successfully with internal and external customers.
