Job Description

Under general supervision, the Driver is responsible for providing excellent chauffer service and ensures that all vehicles in the fleet are maintained to established standards.
  • Drives with care and attention at all times, never compromising the safety of fellow team members, members, owners, guests, or others.
  • Parks vehicles in a responsible fashion at all times, so as to not impede on others or incur parking penalties.
  • Responsible for looking after and cleaning vehicle(s).  Vehicle(s) are to be kept clean, tidy, and well maintained inside and out at all times.
  • Abides by all traffic laws, parking restrictions, and general rules for safe travels.
  • Maintains sufficient level of fluid in vehicle(s) to complete the requirements of the shift. 
  • Provides a professional service by arriving promptly as possible to each pick up request.
  • Provides an excellent chauffer service to members, owners, and guests within the resort, understanding their driving requirements for the day or week, and coordinating with the Concierge.
  • Keeps vehicle(s) in good working order, carrying out weekly safety checks (tires, water, coolant, safety equipment, battery, etc.) in line with vehicle maintenance schedule.
  • Completes all required Company trainings and compliance courses as assigned.
  • Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of six (6) months of experience is required.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • This position does not include supervisory responsibilities.


  • Must be 21 year of age due to insurance liability.
  • Driver’s License (non-commercial) – must be state-specific.
This position requires the capability to understand and follow both oral and written directions as well as knowledge and usage of correct business English and office practices.  Must be able to communicate effectively with others, analyze and resolve problems, maintain effective working relationships, and interact successfully with internal and external customers.
