Job Description

Under general supervision, ensures accurate and timely monthly financials, balance sheet reconciliations and analysis are completed.  
  • Compiles daily and/or monthly journal entries with full supporting documentation.
  • Reconciles assigned balance sheet accounts in Blackline including bank accounts.
  • Ensures assigned financials are produced accurately and timely.
  • Prepares roll forwards.
  • Effectively coordinates and communicates with internal and external operations or customers to research and resolve discrepancies, out-of-balances, disputes, and charge backs.
  • Prepares monthly financial fluctuation analysis.
  • Responds to inquiries and requests from managers and directors.
  • Processes invoices and prepare check requests.
  • Assists in the audit process.
  • Works on various state tax submissions.
  • Assists in preparation of the annual budget as requested.
  • Notifies management of any issues or possible issues of fraud.
  • Completes all required company trainings and compliance courses as assigned.
  • Adheres to company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned. 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field. 
  • A minimum two (2) years of experience in the accounting and/or finance field required.
  • No supervisory experience required.


  • This position does not include any supervisory responsibilities. 


  • This position does not require licenses or certifications.
This position requires the capability to understand and follow both oral and written directions as well as knowledge and usage of correct business English and office practices.  Must be able to communicate effectively with others, analyze and resolve problems, maintain effective working relationships, and interact successfully with internal and external customers.
Specific skills and abilities include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to interpret and create policies, procedures and manuals.
